These terms govern how Ticketo lists events, processes ticket purchases, delivers digital tickets, handles event changes, and supports customers after checkout.
About Ticketo
Ticketo is an event ticketing platform operated by Datasling Incorporated. We provide event discovery, checkout, payment-processing support, digital ticket delivery, QR validation, and customer booking access.
Creating an Account and Using the Service
You may browse public event listings without an account, but an account or verified phone number may be required to complete purchases, recover bookings, save favorites, or add tickets to mobile wallets.
Ticket Listings, Pricing, and Payment
A booking is only confirmed when Ticketo or the connected payment provider returns a successful payment result and the ticket is issued. Until then, seats or ticket inventory may be held temporarily, but your booking remains pending.
Ticket Delivery and Use
Confirmed tickets are delivered digitally through the Ticketo website, mobile apps, PDF download links, and supported wallet passes. Once a ticket has been scanned for entry, any further attempt to use the same code may be refused.
Refunds and Support
Unless the event page, organizer policy, or law says otherwise, ticket sales are generally final after a successful purchase. If you believe a charge failed, a ticket was issued incorrectly, or an organizer cancelled the event, contact support@ticketo.gm.
