Include your booking reference, phone number used at checkout, and the event title so we can locate your ticket faster.
Event Organizer Coordination
Ticketo can investigate issues with organizers, venues, and payment providers, but final event-specific decisions such as admission rules, postponements, and organizer refund approvals may require organizer input.

This support page applies to the Ticketo iOS app with bundle identifier gm.datasling.ticketo.ios, the Ticketo Android app with package gm.datasling.ticketo, and the Ticketo website.
