Delete Your Ticketo Account

Ticketo lets you initiate account deletion directly inside the iOS app, Android app, and signed-in web account experience. This page explains what is removed and what may still be retained where required.

How to Delete Your Account

In the Ticketo mobile apps, open your account screen and choose Delete account. On the web, sign in and go to your account area to review your profile and support options before submitting a deletion request through support if needed.

What Happens When You Delete

Your Ticketo login account, saved profile details, favorites, device-token registrations, and in-app preference state tied to that account are removed from active use.

What We May Still Retain

Some records may need to remain stored for legitimate business or legal reasons, including completed ticket sales, settlements, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, charge investigations, event access verification, support investigations, and legal compliance.

Timing

Account-access removal is intended to happen immediately after the deletion action is confirmed in the app. Where a record must be retained for compliance or fraud-control reasons, that retained data is limited to the minimum needed for those obligations.
