Ticketo is operated by Datasling Incorporated. We act as the platform operator for event discovery, booking, ticket delivery, QR validation, wallet-pass support, and customer support workflows.

When We Share Information

We share information only where needed to run the service. This can include event organizers, venues, payment providers, ticket-scanning tools, cloud hosting providers, messaging services, wallet providers, and support tools. Organizers may receive booking details needed to validate entry, manage attendance, or contact you about event changes.

Data Retention and Security

We keep booking and payment history for operational, security, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance reasons. We retain account and support data only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by applicable law.

Ticketo uses technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data, including authenticated API access, controlled cloud storage, server-side logging, and restricted internal access.

Your Choices

You may update your profile information, interests, and notification preferences inside the app. You can also contact support to request account assistance, correction of inaccurate data, or closure of your account subject to any booking, legal, or anti-fraud retention obligations still in effect.
